Pre-Prohibition era cocktails and modern favorites made with fresh ingredients and quality spirits.

 

Classic Cocktails

 

Just the classics made the pre-prohibition way with fresh squeezed ingredients and premium spirits. These cocktails paved the way for bartenders today and here, we pay homage to them.

 

 

The Old Fashioned $10

 

Angostura and orange bitters, muddled with a demerara sugar cube, stirred with Bulleit Rye, served over a king cube, and garnished with and orange twist and a Luxardo Cherry.

 

Martini $10

 

Shaken with Ketel One vodka or stirred with Hendrick’s gin to your liking. Garnished with an olive spear or lemon twist.

 

Manhatten $12

 

Maker’s Mark bourbon, Angostura bitters, and sweet vermouth stirred and served up with a Luxardo Cherry.

 

Negroni $9

 

Tanqueray gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth stirred and served over a king cube with a thick orange twist.

 

Sazerac $11

 

Sazerac Rye, Angostura & Peychauds bitters, and a demerara sugar cube, stirred and served over a king cube with a lemon twist and Absinthe rinse.

 

Bee’s Knees $10

 

Aviation gin, fresh lemon juice, local Hannah’s honey, shaken and served up with a thin lemon twist.

 

Gin Rickey $7

 

Tanqueray gin, fresh squeezed lime juice, and club soda served over ice in a highball glass.

 

Mojito $7

 

Fresh mint leaves muddled and shaken with Bacardi Silver rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Served over ice and topped with club soda.

Tom Collins $9

 

Hendricks gin, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup shaken and served over ice, topped with club soda and garnished with a lemon twist and a Luxardo Cherry.

 

Whiskey Sour $7 (contains raw egg whites)

 

Jack Daniel’s whiskey, fresh squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white shaken until frothy. Served over a king cube with a lemon twist and Luxardo Cherry.

 

 

Seasonal Cocktails

 

These cocktails are designed with fresh, seasonal ingredients in mind. This menu will change as the seasons pass. All are made using quality ingredients and spirits without the use of mixers.

 

 

Margarita $9

 

1800 Reposado Tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Cointreau served up in a salt rimmed glass with a float of Grand Marnier.

 

Sangria $8

 

Brandy, Grand Marnier, fresh squeezed orange juice, and 1924 Double Black Red Blend. Sweetened with demerara sugar and garnished with fresh citrus.

 

South Side $7

 

Tanqueray gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves. Shaken and served up.

 

Pimms Turbo $11

 

Hendrick’s gin, Pimm’s Cup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shaken and served over ice with a lemon wheel garnish.

 

Moscow Mule $8

 

Skyy vodka, fresh lemon juice, and house made ginger beer, served in the traditional copper mug.

 

Mai Tai $7

 

Bacardi Silver Rum, Gran Gala, simple syrup, almond syrup,  and fresh lime juice shaken and served over ice with a lime and mint garnish and float of Meyer’s Dark rum.

 

Strawberry Fields $9

 

Local Hood strawberries and basil muddled, with Crater Lake Vodka, Chambord, Grand Marnier, and cranberry juice. Served up with a fresh basil leaf and a dusting of black pepper.

 

French 75 $8

 

Aviation gin, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup served in a champagne flute and topped with St. Domaine Brute Champagne.

Bourbon Brulee $9

 

Knob Creek, Angostura bitters, simple syrup, and Amontilado Sherry served over a king cube with a float of 1924 Double Black Red Blend and garnished with a brule’d orange wheel.

 

Pomona $10

 

Wild Roots Pear Vodka, fresh pear juice, and ginger liquer shaken and served up with a pear garnish.

 

Beer Cocktails

 

Pairing our love of beer with the magic of cocktails, we’ve come up with some refreshing options for those who want to venture.

 

Grapefruits of Labor $7

 

Hendrick’s gin, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and simple syrup served over ice and  topped with Ninkasi’s Hop Cooler IPA.

 

Saint Hefe $8

 

St Germains elderflower liquer and fresh squeezed orange juice served over ice and topped with Sunriver’s Fuzztail Hefeweizen.

 

Black Velvet $7

 

Equal parts champagne and Left Hand’s Milk Stout.

 

No Barrel Needed $9

 

Burnside bourbon and Frangelico hazelnut liquer topped with Left Hand Milk Stout.

 

Far From the Tree $7

 

Pendleton whiskey and simple syrup served over ice and topped with D’s Wicked Baked Apple cider. Garnished with fresh sliced apples.
